The WebApp DAU is around 10 million compare with our APP (500 million DAU, 1:50), but compare with Facebook, instagram, etc. Their WebApp user already up to 30% of their mobile user. TikTok WebApp have a lot of potential.

Promotion platform will be a platform that enables multiple approaches for hosts to promote their listings, at the same time, it will be an essential leverage to exchange high quality listings/service/or loyalty from hosts with the way we disperse Airbnb’s traffic. It will also show traffic attraction and allocation power to our hosts to strengthen their confidence to do business with Airbnb.

New merchant education

In China, over 70% of Cloudkitchens users terminate their leases annually, and over 50% of merchants have a monthly order volume of less than 100. They entered the catering industry without sufficient preparation. We need to improve the education of this group of users and, simultaneously, increase the order volume of new users in their first month.

Independent and chain restaurants alike have rushed into delivery by offering it through third-party delivery providers, each with its own tablet sitting inside the restaurant.

Most of the merchants are new businesses; they need to quickly boost store visibility and orders within a short period.

Most merchants are still using traditional methods for marketing and operations, such as flyer advertising and making phone calls.

Merchant Educations

Merchants need continuous learning from various aspects such as data analysis, operational management, etc, but there is no similar learning platform.

The design from Storyboarding, Ideations, Prototyping. After extensive research and experimentation, we arrived at the final design, and we are still iterating base on AB test, user feedback and product research.

We recommend more effective coupon prices to users based on similar brand restaurants around the business area.

Distribute Coupon Automatically

After users set the time, coupons will be distributed to eaters within the business area at a fixed time every day.

Check the history cycle and orders, compare with previous data to adjust the coupon setting.

Analyze Dashboard ‘Operation Automation’

The analysis dashboard encompasses all restaurant data, utilizing AI to provide stage-specific recommendations based on each dataset for the current merchant's store. Users can take corresponding actions in the analyze sub-features to enhance store ratings. It includes various sub-features such as Store Monitor, Review Management, Ad Bidding, etc.

Store Monitor

Monitoring includes Reviews, Orders, Revenue, and Net Income, etc. Users are prompted within the 'Analyse' tab and homepage.

Review Management

Assisting users in analyzing, managing review to minimize and eliminate negative reviews, thereby enhancing store ratings.

Auto Ad Bidding

Assisting users in securing the most cost-effective advertising placements on delivery platforms.

Lutra AI Assistant

Offering store optimization and guidance plans within various features for user.
